One of the most effective ways to reach out and make an impact is by being involved in community events.

It is such a privilege to meet so many of you who have shared personal stories of high risk pregnancies,

miscarriages, abortion and infertility. There is so much pain out there and we feel lucky to be able to provide

a safe place to open up about those memories. Thousands of lives have been touched by the amazing images of

the unborn child and the "infamous little plastic babies". Families flood to the booth to see the wonder of life and

touch the fetal models. Parents are able to use the materials to explain to thier children what their life was like before

birth, and it instills a message of love and respect for the unborn in the hearts of all who visit the booth.

Once, at an event, a woman whose teen daughter was pregnant approached my booth

and expressed her anger and frustration. She wanted her daughter to have an abortion!

After listening to her situation, I kindly shared some facts about fetal development and abortion risks.

The woman listened but gave no indication that she had been moved.

A year later, I saw her again at the same event, and she quickly came over to give me a hug and say, "Thank you!"

She had taken the 3-month gestation baby model and some of my handouts and shared them with her daughter.

She joyfully said, "I have a beautiful grandson, now!" It left me speechless.
